Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing employee motivation and productivity across various organizations. This study aims to analyze how transformational leadership influences employee motivation and productivity through the dimensions of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The research methodology includes a literature review and empirical data analysis from organizations in both the public and private sectors. The findings indicate that leaders who adopt a transformational leadership style can create a clear vision, foster strong relationships with employees, and encourage innovation and creativity in the workplace. Employee motivation increases when they feel valued, supported, and empowered by their leaders. Additionally, productivity significantly improves due to higher employee engagement in achieving organizational goals. Key factors such as effective communication, constructive feedback, and recognition of employee achievements play a vital role in supporting the success of transformational leadership. The implications of this study suggest that organizations seeking to enhance employee performance should implement transformational leadership strategies by developing leadership skills, strengthening a positive work culture, and providing continuous leadership training. Thus, transformational leadership can serve as a key factor in creating a productive, innovative, and goal-oriented work environment.
