Talent management has emerged as a crucial strategic approach for organizations seeking to sustain competitive advantage in dynamic business environments. Effective talent management strategies encompass talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning, ensuring that organizations attract and nurture high-performing individuals who drive innovation and productivity. This study examines the impact of talent management strategies on organizational performance and competitive advantage using a mixed-method research approach. Quantitative data from corporate performance metrics and employee surveys are analyzed to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, while qualitative insights from interviews with HR professionals and executives provide a deeper understanding of best practices and challenges. The findings indicate that organizations that implement robust talent management frameworks experience enhanced employee engagement, reduced turnover, and improved adaptability to market changes. Additionally, investment in leadership development and skills enhancement contributes to innovation and long-term business success. However, challenges such as talent shortages, evolving workforce expectations, and the integration of technology in human resource management require continuous adaptation. Addressing these challenges necessitates a strategic alignment between organizational goals and talent management practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee empowerment. In conclusion, talent management serves as a pivotal factor in sustaining competitive advantage, and organizations must proactively refine their strategies to meet the demands of an evolving workforce landscape.
