EFFECTIVENESS OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG EMPLOYEES IN INCREASING LOYALTY AND PERFORMANCE IN COMPANIES

This research aims to examine the effectiveness of career development programs for young employees in increasing loyalty and performance in the company. Career development is considered an important factor in increasing employee engagement with the organization and encouraging increased productivity. Through a literature review, this research identifies various theories that explain the relationship between career development and loyalty, as well as the influence of career development programs on improving performance. Effective development programs can strengthen employee commitment, provide opportunities for them to develop competencies, and create a more productive work environment. However, the success of the program is highly dependent on the match between the program offered and individual employee expectations, as well as full support from management in its implementation. Obstacles such as limited resources and difficulties in adapting programs to the needs of young employees are challenges that need to be overcome to achieve optimal results. Based on findings from various empirical studies, it can be concluded that well-planned career development can increase the loyalty and performance of young employees, which ultimately contributes to the overall success of the organization.
