OPTIMIZING THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A DIGITAL MARKETING TOOL TO INCREASE BRAND AWARENESS

This research examines optimizing the use of social media as a digital marketing tool to increase brand awareness. In the digital era, social media has become a vital platform for companies to reach and interact with a wider audience. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research identifies effective strategies that companies can implement to utilize social media in an effort to increase their brand awareness. Some of the strategies discussed include the use of engaging content, responsive interactions, collaboration with influencers, and in-depth data analysis to understand consumer behavior and preferences. The research results show that social media has great potential to increase brand awareness if optimized properly. By implementing a planned and adaptive strategy to social media dynamics, companies are not only able to increase their brand visibility but also build stronger relationships with consumers. This research provides insight for digital marketers in designing and implementing social media campaigns effectively, as well as being the basis for further research on digital marketing and the role of social media in branding strategies.
